This can be especially helpful for people who find traditional session structures less comfortable or supportive.

    Physical Comfort: You are welcome to use fidget tools or bring comfort objects, such as a favourite blanket, photos, or a sensory item.

    Therapy works best when it fits your natural way of thinking. You never need to arrive with the perfect words prepared or have your thoughts neatly sorted out. We simply let things unfold in whatever way feels safest for you.

    There is no ‘right way’ to be in a session. You are welcome to change positions, use sensory fidgets, or look away if you prefer.  You do not need to mask your natural way of being here.  Equally, it’s ok to mask if that is more comfortable for you. No pressure either way. 

    If your mind jumps around...

    We can follow wherever your thoughts naturally go.

    There is no need to stay on a linear track, and we can keep the momentum moving if you dislike silence. 

    If you need predictablity...

    We can work in a highly structured, step-by-step way.

    We can intentionally slow down, pause, and take all the time you need to process.
